Please note that tracking may or may not be available for some or all of the items in your purchase request. Once you complete your purchase, the items selected for your purchase go into queues to get you the *Best Price* and then the items are submitted for final processing. Purchase requests cannot be cancelled. Once your purchase is processed and provided to a carrier for delivery, you will receive a notification that contains your tracking information - if tracking is available for the items listed in your purchase request.
If your purchase contains multiple items, please note that some items from your purchase may ship separately. If this occurs, you will not be charged any additional costs for delivery. The items in your purchase may be fulfilled from different locations to ensure your purchase request is processed in a timely fashion. Most purchases will take the full 2 to 4 weeks (U.S.), 4 to 6 weeks (International), for processing, clearance, and final delivery to your home.
If you are a customer receiving FREE items, or if you have a purchase total equal to $0.00 before shipping fees, then processing and delivery of the FREE items in your purchase may take 6 to 10 weeks. Full priced items will be processed and delivered according to standard guidelines.
